电骡文件自动更新工具, 自动更新DLP，ip2country，ipfilter,nodes


我这几天用NSIS 新做的工具，能够自动更新DLP，ip2country，ipfilter,nodes。能够手动设置更新地址，支持下载.dat 和.zip的更新。
